I ordered this from the seasonal collection thinking it would be something special, but I was disappointed. The scents weren’t nearly as strong as I expected, and one of them smelled kind of weird to me. It also feels like it works when it wants to, which is frustrating for the price. Delivery took longer than expected too, so overall it just wasn’t worth it for me. I won’t be buying again...

I felt let down by devonwick. For the price, I was expecting something that felt a lot more premium, but it just came across as average. It didnt feel like good value to me at all. I wouldnt buy it again, especially when there are cheaper options out there that feel just as good, if not better.

My order wasn’t right, which was frustrating. I ended up getting the wrong scents, and one item was missing completely. I noticed it while unpacking everything on my kitchen counter after work, so that was a fun little surprise. I reached out to support, but it took a while to hear back, and in the end it still didn’t really get sorted out. Annoying, tbh.

Honestly... it just looked kind of cheap in person. I was hoping it would feel nicer, but yeah, not really something I’d feel good about giving to someone as a gift.

The box showed up crushed and barely taped shut, and everything inside was just loose like it had been thrown in at the last minute. That part was weird because I expected it to be packed way better. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

I bought a Devon Wick diffuser expecting my room to smell nice, but I could barely smell it unless I was standing right next to it. It also seemed to dry up way faster than I thought it would. Like, how is this okay for something that’s supposed to fragrance a room? Really disappointing and I wouldn’t say it was worth the money...

I saw one of their discount offers and thought it looked decent at first, so I gave it a try. I guess it did technically save me a little bit, but by the time I got through checkout, it was barely cheaper than the original price. The code was confusing to use too, which made the whole thing feel like more effort than it was worth. Maybe their deals work better for some people, but I felt a bit misled and probably wouldn’t bother checking their offers again

Yeah, not super happy with this. The item showed up broken, which was really frustrating because I was expecting to be able to use it right away. Just not a great experience overall.

I had an issue with my order and reached out to Devon Wick thinking it would be a simple fix. the slow replies put me in a bad mood, and I felt like I kept having to explain the same problem over and over. I’m annoyed with the Devon Wick candle I bought. It started tunneling almost right away, and no matter what I did, the wax around the sides just wouldn’t melt down properly. The wick kept getting tiny too, so I was stuck with this weak little flame most of the time. I feel like I shouldn’t have to keep explaining or messing around with a candle just to get it to burn evenly, especially at this price. The scent was fine, but the burn quality was really disappointing.

I just tried browsing devonwick.com on my phone recently, and it wasn’t the smoothest experience. The photos looked really nice, but the site felt slow and a bit all over the place. A few pages took forever to load, and the menu was kind of awkward to use. I was mostly just trying to find basic info, but it took longer than it should have. The checkout was the part that really put me off, it felt clunky, and since that was the last thing I dealt with, it kind of left a bad impression. I ended up giving up. It’s not the worst site I’ve used, but it definitely needs some work.

The overall look is nice, but once I clicked around, a few pages started to feel a little cluttered. The product photos also seem kind of inconsistent, which makes everything feel less polished. It’s definitely not bad, just feels like it needs a bit more cleanup to really come together

I tried to return my order it was way more of a hassle than it needed to be. It took forever just to get a response, and when they finally replied, the instructions were confusing and not helpful at all. Like, why is a simple return this complicated? I’m still waiting on my refund too, even though it’s already past the timeframe they gave me. At this point, I’m annoyed and definitely won’t be ordering again. It really feels like once they’ve got your money, they stop caring.
